We are excited to say we’ve officially received the approval from the City of San Ramon to have our movie night in the park this Friday, April 23 at Athan Downs!  Movie night featuring "Sandlot" will take place immediately after pictures with the movie starting at 8 pm. See below for details and Covid Protocols.

Here’s what you need to know:

1.  You MUST sign up to attend movie night in advance: Sign up NOW
2.  You can only sit with your family and masks must be worn while in the movie viewing area - bring your own chairs and blankets (it will be cold!)
3.  We will mark up squares on the grass 6 feet a part - come early to get a prime seat! 
4.  Check in at the Merchandise Tent upon arrival and receive a wristband which gets you into the movie viewing area. 
5.  For contact tracing purposes, we have been asked to keep our event only for SRLL families. The SRLL executive board will be monitoring to ensure this stays a private event, so please keep your wristband on! No wristband, No entry to viewing area.
6.  The snack shack will be open till 8 pm. Feel free to bring your own food and drinks

We need volunteers to help with check- in and monitoring the area that all attending are wearing wristband. Sign up here and take care of 50% of your volunteer hours!
